Limited Lifetime Warranty
Activation of Warranty:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The product must be purchased directly from CRBN Cues. Warranty claims must be initiated through directly with us at info@crbncues.com.
Coverage and Conditions:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, modification, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity. Normal wear and tear items, such as tips, ferrules, and finishes, are not covered under this warranty. Warranty coverage includes warpage only when the cue’s straightness is verified by sighting, not by rolling it on a pool table.
Repair or Replacement:
We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective product at our discretion. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the nature of the defect and the availability of replacement parts. Any replacement products provided will be of equal value to the original purchase.
Limitations on Liability:
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as specified in this warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages to or loss of property, loss of use, or any other damages of any kind. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Return Policy for Unused Products:
Unused products can be returned for a credit of the purchase price, provided the product is un-chalked, unused, non-shelf worn, and a current model. All returns are subject to inspection. If the product is determined to be in re-sellable condition, we will issue a credit or replace it with another product of equal value.
Warranty Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, contact us directly at support@crbncues.com. If a product needs to be returned for evaluation, the original purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance. The product should be accompanied by proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
Upon receipt, we will evaluate the product, determine the nature of the defect, and perform repairs or provide a replacement if the defect is covered under this warranty. If the defect is not covered, we will offer repair services or return the product as-is.
