Order Processing At CRBN Cues LLC, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the size/weight of the items. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping option selected.

Domestic Shipping We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

International Shipping We currently only ship to the United States

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Restrictions Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations. If any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments CRBN Cues LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@crbncues.com within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout. If an error is noticed after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@crbncues.com.
