Level up your game with a CRBN Playing Cue. Our 1st generation playing cue is 58 inches long, perfectly balanced and weighs 18.5 oz out of the box. Players can choose between our 12.5mm and 11.8mm hybrid tapered shafts. All cues accept a single weight bolt and come with a .5 oz, 1 oz, and 1.5 oz weight bolt included, allowing you to bring the cues weight as high as 20 oz.

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the size/weight of the items. Estimated delivery times are based on location and will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
Currently we ship domestically through UPS. If you would like to request shipment using a different carrier or would like to inquire about the possibility of shipment outside of the U.S., please send your request to support@crbncues.com.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout. If an error is noticed after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. We’ll cover domestic shipping on all returns! Customers may also reach out to our support team to discuss exchange options.
Eligibility requirements for refunds are as follows:
All returns must be initiated by the original purchaser.
Items must be returned (meaning return is scanned and in the possession of the carrier) within 30 days of the customer’s original receival date.
Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of significant use or wear & tear.
After 30 days all cues remain protected by our limited lifetime warranty.
